The Mentor Figure Skating Club was formed in 1984 to encourage the instruction, practice and advancement of its members in all forms of figure skating, including free skating, pairs skating, ice dancing, and synchronized skating. We have hosted many competitions over the past several years. We host the Diamond Classic Synchronized Skating Competition annually the first full weekend in November and we will be hosting the 2027 Tri-State Free-Skate Competition April 2-4, 2027.
The Mentor Figure Skating Club‘s home rink is located at the Mentor Civic Arena. The Mentor Civic Arena houses an ice skating complex with two regulation-size ice rinks, a studio rink, lockers and snack bar.
